The process
1. Sign up through the online portal and complete Optimal Women's intake forms, consent forms then set up your appointment
2. Have your blood drawn at our clinic or at a lab facility near you

$150 Cash price —typically cheaper at Optimal T Clinic

If you want to forego the discount and utilize insurance, it is your responsibility to determine if your insurance company will pay the cost of the labs BEFORE HAVING THEM DRAWN. We should get the test findings within a week or less, and we will review them during the initial session.
3. Send us your mammogram (within the last 1 year if over age 40)
Pricing
Female Hormone Replacement Fees:

Initial panel of labs $150 (cash price) may or may not be covered by insurance

Initial Consultation: (60 minutes): $150 (for hormonal women program)
Recommended supplementation (Thyroid, HRT complete T, DIM, etc)- should any of these supplements be recommended/added to your treatment plan cost could be $35-200/month

Follow-up labs 2-3 months: $50 (negotiated cash price) may or may not be covered by insurance
​
Follow-up visits are covered by monthly subscription fees
​
Annual lab panel thereafter $150 (negotiated cash price) may or may not be covered by insurance
​
Walk-in Women's hormone Visit $119 (does not include labs, supplements or medication prescription)
